Visions Art Fair Venice Italy

The ITS Liquid Art Group, a contemporary art organization founded by Luca Curci in 2001, currently has exhibitions underway in Venice. Known for its mission to facilitate global art collaboration, ITS Liquid organizes events across prestigious venues, focusing on varied mediums including painting, video, and performance art.

Exhibiting at the ITS Liquid Fair in Venice felt like stepping into a dream that had slowly taken shape, frame by frame, through years of work and passion for art. As I set up my pieces in Palazzo Albrizzi-Capello, I couldn’t help but marvel at the grandeur of the setting—a Renaissance palace with frescoed ceilings and historical architecture, all now sharing space with contemporary works from artists around the globe. The contrast was mesmerizing, the past and present united under one roof, which seemed to amplify the story each piece was telling.

20th EDITION ITS LIQUID FAIR

"The 20th edition of the ITS Liquid Fair will occur during Venice's peak art season (November and December), a vibrant period marked by high engagement from artists, collectors, and art aficionados worldwide. This year, the event presents a unique opportunity to foster growth within the international art market and deepen connections among collectors, art critics, journalists, and art lovers who converge on Venice to explore cutting-edge contemporary art. Notably, Dutch artist Martijn Walet is among the prominent figures showcased at the fair. Known for his evocative and layered visual storytelling, Walet’s work adds a distinct voice to the exhibition, exploring themes of personal and collective identity.

ITS Liquid emphasizes creating a platform that brings together diverse artistic expressions, making it a compelling space for Walet’s art, which often delves into the human experience and emotional landscapes. His participation will likely captivate an international audience, sparking dialogues around his themes, techniques, and the narratives he explores. This confluence of high-caliber artists and discerning attendees is designed to nurture discussions that resonate beyond the event, expanding the appreciation and understanding of contemporary art trends".

Italian art-energy

The energy in Venice is electric. Artists, collectors, and curators wandered through the palace, each taking in the works with enthusiasm and curiosity. To see my work in such a space, among so many talented peers, was a deeply humbling and invigorating experience. I had conversations with collectors who were drawn to the themes I explore—identity, memory, and transformation—and exchanged thoughts on how these ideas echo in their lives as well.

Venice Italy

Being in Venice, surrounded by so many voices and interpretations, was like opening a new chapter in my artistic journey. The support and enthusiasm from those who connected with my work reaffirmed why I create—to share, to provoke thought, and to find that common ground where art speaks louder than words. This experience at ITS Liquid was not just an exhibition; it was a celebration of the artistic journey I’ve been on and a thrilling preview of what lies ahead.
