Pioneers Pool
During Soviet times, there were 200 pioneer camps in Armenia, but after the collapse of the Soviet Union, only about 10 of them managed to survive.
This abandoned pioneer camp in Armenia is the best preserved site of its kind I have ever encountered. During a visit to this camp you can discover its striking remains, from majestic reliefs to statues of iconic characters such as Buratino and Medz Mher.
The real gem awaits you in the well-preserved swimming pool with enchanting mosaics.
